HOW IT WORKS
Three phases. Twelve weeks. Eight sessions.​
Delivered 1:1 via Zoom, with WhatsApp support Monday to Friday throughout.
We start with more structure and guidance, then gradually step back as you build confidence and consistency. By the final weeks, you are no longer relying on me. You are working from your own understanding and practice. That shift is intentional.
Phase 1, Stabilize, Weeks 1 to 4. We build your foundation, your nutrition, your supplements, your starting point with training, and the daily habits that support your stress response. Everything is based on your individual starting point, not a template.

Phase 2, Rebuild, Weeks 5 to 8. Training becomes more demanding. We increase load gradually, expand your food variety, and adjust based on how your body is responding, your energy, your sleep, your recovery.
Phase 3, Optimize, Weeks 9 to 12. This is the most demanding phase. Training is at its highest level, and the focus shifts to sustainability, building a system you can continue without the structure of the program.
WHAT THE TRAINING LOOKS LIKE
Resistance training is a core component — not a fitness add-on, but a direct metabolic intervention.

Muscle is where your body processes glucose. As estrogen declines, building and maintaining lean muscle becomes one of the most effective tools for metabolic health, body composition, and bone density.

The training in this program is structured, progressive, and integrated into a broader metabolic strategy. Each phase follows a clear progression, so your body adapts without being pushed into depletion. It is designed for the midlife hormonal context, not repurposed from general fitness programming.
Training design draws on current exercise physiology research specific to peri and post-menopausal women, including the evidence base for high-intensity interval training and plyometric loading as hormonal adaptation stimuli
