The Blossom Path is a personalized, one-on-one journey for for women in midlife who feel they’ve outgrown old roles and are ready to reconnect with their body, rhythm, and sense of self in a gentler, more embodied way
This isn’t about fixing or reinventing yourself. It’s about remembering who you are and learning to live from that place, with clarity, steadiness, and ease.
My Blossom Path

The Blossom Path began at a turning point in my own life.
After years of building, caregiving, creating, and living far from home, I reached a quiet moment of reckoning. Not a collapse, but a clear inner signal that something needed to shift. I could no longer move forward on momentum alone. I needed to return to my body, my rhythm, and my own sense of aliveness.
I began listening more closely. To my energy. To my health. To what felt sustaining rather than depleting. I released patterns of overgiving and reconnected with the practices that had always grounded me: mindful movement, nourishing food, emotional honesty, and living in alignment with my values.
That return changed everything.
The Blossom Path is the result of that lived experience. It is a guided journey created for women in midlife who feel they have outgrown the way they have been living and know, deeply, that it is time for a more vital, embodied way forward.
This work is not about reinvention. It is about recalibration. Rebuilding strength, trust, and clarity from the inside out. Supporting your body through this season of change while honoring the wisdom you already carry.
What I offer is not theory or prescription. It is guidance shaped by experience, grounded in presence, and rooted in respect for where you are now.
I do not walk ahead of you or behind you.
I walk beside you.

Bliss lives in the little things: a quiet soak, a gentle bloom, a nourishing plate. These simple rituals are how I return to myself, and how I guide others back home.

The Blossom Path
What’s Included:
Opening Session (90 minutes)
A spacious first conversation to slow down, arrive, and explore what is asking for your attention right now. We clarify intentions, ground the journey, and establish how we will walk together.
Ongoing One on One Sessions
Held weekly or bi weekly, these sessions are shaped around your needs as they evolve. We may draw from mindful movement, nourishment rooted in care, emotional grounding, personal style, or simple presence, always guided by what feels most supportive in the moment.
Between Session Support
Gentle access between sessions via voice or message, so you feel held and supported as insights land and real life continues.
Occasional In Person Experiences (when available)
When possible, we may meet for nature walks, shared plant based meals, or gentle movement practices, offering another way to integrate presence and connection into everyday life.

Mini Sessions
Sometimes you don’t need a long journey.
You need a pause. A place to listen. A moment to reconnect.
Mini Sessions offer a quiet, supportive space to slow down, reflect, and realign with what feels true right now. They’re ideal when you’re navigating a specific question, transition, or moment of uncertainty and want grounded support without committing to a longer path.
These sessions can also complement the deeper work of The Blossom Path, offering touchpoints of clarity, care, and integration along the way.
Nourish with Intention:
A gentle, grounding session to reconnect with nourishment as care rather than control.
These sessions invite you to explore your relationship with food in a way that feels intuitive, supportive, and sustainable. This may include simple plant-based guidance, shared reflection, or mindful kitchen practices, always shaped by how you’re feeling and what you need most.
60-minute session via Zoom or in person when available.


Movement Companion Session:
A supportive, intuitive session to reconnect with your body through mindful movement.
This may include gentle stretching, breathwork, somatic awareness, yoga, or time outdoors when possible. Each session is guided by your own energy and needs, offering a way to feel more present, grounded, and at ease in your body.

60-minute session via Zoom or in person when available.
If you are not ready for a longer journey, a single session can be a beautiful place to begin.
